El Teatro Museo Dalí de Figueres

The museum was built in the XIX century when it was a neclassisches building which was used as a theater. The building was destroyed during the Spanish war and built by Dalí again and converted into a museum. In Mueum the most of his works of art from impresimismus, futurimos, cubism and surrealism. In summer, the museum is open overnight for its visitors.

Port Lligat House de Dalí

The small fishing village located north of Cadaques, this was the place which insperierte the artist Dalí and where his greatest part of his art works were created. The house in Port Lligat, which is currently a museum, was the only house where the artist spent most of his life. Dalí lived there until the death of his beloved muse, Gala, who died in 1982, after that he moved his residence to Púbol.

Castell der Gala

Púbol is a small village in the Baix Empordà by Dalí in 1969 bought the antige medieval castle of the XI Jahunderts and fulfill the wish of his beloved: “To be a queen of a castle.” By buying and reforming of the castle, he fulfilled his mistress her request. The castle was the place by Salvador Dalí spent his last years. The castle was opened to the public in 1996.
